Clive Martyn - Writer and Poet

I am a writer of dark fiction, scripts and poetry - in particular fantasy, sci-fi and horror.

My short stories, poetry and flash fiction have been published in various magazines, although I am still waiting for my novels to be freed from the slush pile.

I am currently working on "The Hospital of Lost and Stolen Souls", my third book, as well as a script "Le Coeur le plus fonce" for a startup film company - Dark September.

My first two completed novels were "The Spirit Trees", a dark fantasy, and "Sunset Hotel", a traditional modern vampire story.

I published a volume of Haiku, Senryu and Tanka verse in July 2010 and intend to publish a collection of seasonal free verse next autumn.

I am married with three children.
